Boat Launch

On 2nd November 2022, our boat "Spirit of Discovery" was moved by truck from the Collingwood Boat Builders factory in Liverpool, UK to Hanbury Wharf near Droitwich in Worcestershire. This is the home of New and Used Boat Company, and also where our boat was placed into the water for the first time. Spirit of Discovery remained in Hanbury while pre-delivery checks were made before the final handover to us on 2nd December 2022. The pictures below recorded this exciting (yet nervous) event!
