What's In A Name?

After deciding to invest in a Narrowboat, the next question is always......,, "What will you call it?"

During the global pandemic lockdown, to occupy ourselves (and to feed our childhood adoration of Lego) we started to build the Lego version of the NASA Space Shuttle Discovery. Over many nights we built and chatted about owning a narrowboat.

In parallel, while exercising around the canals we quickly realised that there is another world we need to explore and discover.

So the name was conceived - "Spirit of Discovery"
